Refined Home Finishes is owned and operated by Luis Otero.

Originally from Tampa, Luis Otero fell in love with the historic, European villas found throughout his home state of Florida. Their architecture and textures inspired Luis throughout his childhood and created a passion for timeless, natural beauty that exists in him today. In 1993, Luis moved to Chattanooga, TN, bringing with him a service-mindset and business savvy that helped him nurture two successful businesses.

During his time in Chattanooga, he took notice when his friends sourced their home exterior needs to companies outside of the city. The extra expense added to their services simply because they were not local made Luis realize there was a need for a high-quality home exterior company in Chattanooga. Combining his passion for beautiful homes and his years of contracting experience from his pressure-washing company PressureMax, Luis began his third successful business, Refined Home Finishes.
